Spring fashion week returned to the Kingston Bentall Centre this year with weeklong events including makeovers, health and beauty advice, and a fashion show.
BareMinerals kicked off the week with makeup application tutorials leading into a full schedule of wardrobe advice from stylist Jo Wilson, and free makeovers by Clinique in addition to skincare consultations.
The week ended Saturday with multiple fashion shows featuring this season’s styles found only at The Bentall Centre. Shows started at 11:30am and continued until 5pm showcasing trendy items from top brands within the centre.
Spanish line Massimo Dutti presented their spring season with khaki trousers, denim jackets, casual button-ups, and sweaters. Footwear was also aimed toward a casual look with flat moccasins, and short-wedge flats.
The show announcer briefly described each models look, the price point, and what stores carry the individual items presented. Massimo Dutti prices range from £44.90 to £225 for the line, with accessories starting at £29.99 and up- all of which can be purchased at the mall.
The fashion show aimed to appeal to men and women, as well as children. Tommy Hilfiger and Gap Kids also showcased their spring lines of children’s fashion and shoe brands like Shoon featured their new styles.
