Jazz Tuesday’s are hosted by the Rose Theatre and are sponsored by KSA Performing Arts Community Engagement (PACE), to allow the locals of Kingston to enjoy free music on Tuesday afternoons.
The event has been successful for 12 years now and occurs seasonally each year, hosting six events at a time.
Jazz Tuesday’s are advertised particularly to locals who need some social time such as mother and baby groups or people in care homes. This encourages them to come out the house and enjoy some music, however it is an event for anyone local to the area.
Val Marshall organises Jazz Tuesdays at the Rose and is planning to have more events coming up in the new year.
