A fourth person has been charged with the fatal stabbing of Kai Davis in the early hours of August 21 2021 in Kingston.
Oliver Barker-Perez, 23, of Berenger Walk, Chelsea was arrested and charged with murder on November 11, according to the Metropolitan Police.
Perez appeared in custody at Wimbledon Magistrate’s Court on November 12.
Afterwards he was remanded in custody and appeared at the Old Bailey on November 15.
Perez will next appear at the Old Bailey on January 31. The trial has been scheduled for October 2023.
Twenty-two-year-old Davis was stabbed in the chest in Kingston town centre last year.
Davis attempted to run and collapsed on Wheatfield Way where he was attended to by police officers and medics from Pryzm nightclub. He was taken to St George’s Hospital by air ambulance and later pronounced dead.
The charge comes a month after two other men were convicted in connection to the stabbing. Both Joseph Barker, 23, of Clifton Gardens, Uxbridge and Ben Myles, 24, of North End Road, W14 Southall were found guilty on October 14.
Sentencing took place on October 19.
Barker was found guilty of manslaughter and jailed for 11 years while Myles was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. Myles must serve a minimum of 26 years.
Both men are now serving their sentences.
