Frankie and Josh Kearns, a local couple and owners of The Park Brewery, opened their new café Park Brew & Kitchen on Park Road last month.
With more than 6,000 hospitality venues closing in 2023, the conditions for business owners in the industry are still challenging. Despite this, the Park Brew & Kitchen team is determined to make the new bistro-style eatery a success.
The Kearns’ are counting on their “flavour-packed” beer, locally sourced ingredients, quality food and their strong connection with the local community to stand the test of time.
The Park Brewery has seen great support from locals since its beginnings ten years ago, and the couple is hopeful that Park Brew & Kitchen will encounter the same community support.
