Up to 30 people were involved in a fight at Essence nightclub in Bucklands Wharf, Kingston, Friday night.
Police were called to the scene at 1:50am and arrested five people in connection to the incident.
Several others were injured.
A spokesperson for London Ambulance Services confirmed they were called to Essence at around 2am and transported two victims to area hospitals.
Five others arrived at a hospital in central London some time later, but emergency services confirmed that none of their injuries were serious.
Essence staff closed the club and asked the public to leave after the suspects had been apprehended.
Attendees reported seeing two men being held on the ground by police as they were leaving the club and several trails of blood on the ground near the exit.
Inquiries into the incident continue.
