Shake off your January blues in Kingston this Saturday with a night of comedy at The Albert.
The Kingston Hill pub will be running a Charity Comedy Night to raise money for Action Against Hunger on January 18.
A handpicked line-up of comedians from the London circuit including Jay Quinn and Jake Lambert will be taking to the stage to help end hunger in Africa.
Amy-Jane Cahalane, the event organiser, said: “The comedy nights at The Albert are a lot of fun, you get the usual cosy surroundings of the pub with lots of laughter and a buzz in the busy room.”
The Albert has hosted several successful comedy nights raising money for a variety of charities, including nearly £1,000 for Movember in 2013.
Doors open from 9pm and tickets cost £6 in advance (£8 on the night) – all proceeds go to charity.
