Surbiton’s newest Indian restaurant is worlds away from the traditional Anglo-Indian curry house. Ornate semi-authentic decorations and tawdry red velvet furnishings have been rejected in favour of a brightly-lit, modern interior featuring bare brick walls and hardwood floors. From its eye-catching turquoise exterior to its pared-down menu, Thali Ho is leading a revolution in Indian dining.
